Apply Adsense Revenue Sharing Feature in Blogger Blogs

Adsense revenue sharing feature can be really motivational for the guest authors at your blog. Normaly you have only one adsense account ads running on your blog with one adsense id and if you plan to share the income with the guest  authors you would divide the revenue later on. But there is a better way that can applied and that would be totaly just for the guest author.

The general idea is to add the Adsense codes of each individual author in your blog HTML and each time that particular author writes a post, his ad will be displayed on your blog article and the revenue generated with that ad unit will go to the post author. Its a very healthy system i must say and would encourage a bunch of authors to your blog. So lets get into and set our blog for revenue sharing trick.

Note this is totally allowed by Google and there is nothing malicious about that as every ad unit makes revenue as it would have made on any other site. So its totally legal.

Step 1:

Go to your blog Design >> Edit HTML and tick the check box.

 (Note that we will be adding the Adsense code at the start of the blog post). We will be adding the code just once and Blogger will detect automatically that which authors post  is it and it would display his respective ad.

Now search for the following code:

 and add the following code just above it.

    <b:if cond='data:blog.pageType == "item"'>

    <b:if cond=' == "Author 1"'>

    <b:if cond=' == "Author 2"'>

    <b:if cond=' == "Author 3"'>

In case you are unable to find ( <data:post.body/> ) then search for the following code :

<div class='post-header-line-1'/>

and just below the above code past the Adsense code discussed above with authors names and conditions.

Now when ever guest author writes his article on your blog, his own ad unit will be displayed above his article. But note, you must enter the exact Name (case sensitive) of the author in the HTML code and it should match with the name that you have defined in the admin panel of blogger, where you set the other author of blog. Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Permissions and see what name have you add there of any guest author.

In case you haven't, you may add a new guest authors name and then  proceed with this revenue sharing trick shared above later.

Thats all ! Its done. Hope that was easy.
In case of any problems, comment below and ill get back as soon as i can.
