1) Super Star's Used Tissue Paper!

 


Back in 2008, Hollywood actress Scarlet Johansson attended a night show "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno". Suffering from cold, she blowed her nose twice into a paper handkerchief and later stuffed it in her hand bag. This tissue paper was later autographed by the super star and put onto eBay for auction where it bagged an unbelievable bid of $5,300! This price was later proceeded for charity purposes.

2) Russian Space Shuttle!

 


Back in 2002, the Soviets no longer wanted their very own 15’6” long BOR-5 prototype shuttle named as "Buran". This shuttle had surely been a great part of history helping them in many aerodynamic test flights between 1983 and 1988. For this purpose, they put this used shuttle on eBay and were able to receive the highest bid of $98,000! Although it never got sold and is still present some where in any junkyard as its owners weren't ready to sell it as it didn't meet their reserved price.

3) Historic Window!

 


One of the most unusual auctions it was back in 2007. A complete set of windows along with their frames of the sixth floor of Texas Schoolbook Depository was put onto eBay for auction. The best part of this window was that it was the very same window from which  Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated President John F. Kennedy on 22nd November 1963. This amazing product managed to get mind blowing bid of  $3,001,501 by an anonymous bidder as this window was sold with its proper documents certifying its authenticity.

4) 50,000 Years Old Mammoth!

 


Back in 2004, a 50,000 years old mammoth, Max, in its skeletal form was presented for auction on eBay. This wasn't an ordinary mammoth folks! this was the one extracted and preserved from the prehistoric period of history and its owner had kept it with pretty care. This product managed to bag in a bid of $61,000, giving its owner some space it had occupied before.

5) Oldest Pair Of Jeans!

 


Back in 2001, a Levi Strauss denim jeans was put onto eBay for auction. This denim jean had a high bid of  $46,532. This was not just a common denim jeans, it was the oldest denim jeans made in 1880 by the Levi Strauss which began its production in 1873. This same very jean was then ultimately bought by the Levi Strauss & Co. by winning the bid.

6) The Billionaire's Yacht!

 


This is no common yatch folks. Currently under the possession of the famous Russian billionaire business man, the 68th worlds richest person and owner of the Chelsea FC Roman Abramovich, bidded for a yatch on eBay and bought it for a price of $168 million with 50% deposit instantly. This yatch had within it a helicopter hangar, eight guest cabins, 10 multi-level VIP Suites, a gymnasium, cinema, a salon and a luxury office.

7) Martian Meteorite!

 


Back in 1962, a 1.3 billion year old martian meteorite fell on planet earth which approximately weighed around 40 pounds and later which was named as "Zagami". This became part of a private collection. Later in 2005, it was put for auction at eBay where it was able to get a neat bid of $450,000. Its new owner, not only bought this chunk of red planet, but with it also its documents and certificate proving its authenticity given by renowned geologist and meteor expert Dr John Saul.

8) Burial Plot!

 


Back in 2009, an L.A widow put a burial plot for auction on eBay which at past was possession of his deceased husband, who was a businessman by profession, in order to pay some debts. This product was able to receive a clean bid of $4.6 million. This was no common plot as it was directly above Marilyn Monroe’s plot in LA’s West wood Village Cemetery, wherein Roy Orbison and Dean Martin also rest in peace. Hugh Hefner, founder of Playboy Magazine, also has his future burial site there as well next to Marilyn Monroe.

9) Kidney Stone!

 


Famous actor of the "Star Trek" series, William Shatner, started experiencing an unbearable pain back in 2005. Which on further treatment was diagnosed as a kidney stone. The stone was successfully removed from the super stars body and was handed over to his owner after his wish. This was presented for auction at eBay as a "Star Trek Souvenir"in 2006, which was able to bag a bid of $75,000, which were later proceeded for charity purposes.

10) Lotus Sports Car!

 


Back in 2005, the famous Birmingham radio DJ Tim Shaw, while interviewing a glamorous model, said on air (as a joke) that he would certainly leave his wife and kids for the model. Unfortunately, his wife, Hayley, took this statement into a negative sense and put his Lotus turbo sports car, worth $25,000 onto eBay for auction. This sports car received the most unbelievable bid of only 50 Pence at the 'buy now" forum. Later, after a formal apology live on a TV show, this sports car was bought back at a price of $5000.
