Step 3 on How To Hide Activities of Pinterest on Facebook
In order to control you Pinterest activities so that they are visible to a few selective people only, you will need to change the app settings. For this, click on the cog icon on the top right corner of your Facebook home page, and select Account settings from the drop down menu that appears. Now click on Apps on the left hand side of the display.

This will list down the apps that you have on your Facebook. Scroll down until you find the app for Pinterest.  Click on it and you will see an option for Post on your behalf. From the menu that appears infront of it, you can choose the audience that will have your Pinterest content visible. If you choose Friends, as depicted in the screenshot above, the content might be visible to your entire friends list on Facebook.

However for choosing selective people you can click on the option that reads custom and list down the people from your friends list who you want to share your Pinterest content with.
